Everyone can also post downloads on the web and links to sites (no more emails from Claire). You can also use the forum to discuss topics, post news, share files, and so much, much more that it'll be swell.
Calendar has been added but to control things a bit, you need to request access to post an event. I was thinking that the top dogs, Claire, and maybe grade level chairs.
